AgentClear is procurement and governance software. It is not insurance, legal advice, banking, regulated escrow or a payment service. Financial protection features shown in the application are sandbox simulations unless a licensed third-party provider is explicitly connected.

AI recommendations may contain errors and require appropriate oversight. Every authorization decision is made by the deterministic clearing engine using the organization's mandate and policy — not by AI.

Organizations are responsible for configuring appropriate mandates, policies and approvers. Platform administrator privileges are stored in a separate table and cannot be self-assigned from the client.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Enterprise agreements, data processing addenda, legal contacts and regulated-provider integrations are not offered in this sandbox build and must be configured before production.
