How AgentClear works

AgentClear combines governed structured RFQs, deterministic clearing and human approvals into a single trust pipeline for autonomous B2B commerce. Every step below is auditable, and every clearance produces a tamper-evident receipt.

  1. 01

    Draft

A buyer fills a structured RFQ form with budget, delivery, warranty and compliance criteria. Natural-language brief drafting is on the roadmap.

  2. 02

    Publish

Publish to the public marketplace or share the RFQ link directly. Suppliers can view budget, deadline and delivery requirements.

  3. 03

    Quote

Suppliers submit a structured quotation. Once a clearance receipt exists, the quote's material fields are frozen by a database trigger.

  4. 04

    Clear

The deterministic clearing engine checks agent mandate, organization policy, supplier verification, quorum, and produces a 0–100 risk score.

  5. 05

    Approve

Transactions that require human approval route to the approver queue with the full evidence bundle and receipt hash.

  6. 06

    Award

On clearance, a transactional RPC generates a single purchase order. Spend limits are updated atomically with daily/monthly window rollover.

  7. 07

    Audit

Every material action produces an append-only audit event written by the server. Every clearance produces a SHA-256 hashed receipt verifiable on a public page.

AI is advisory. Authorization is deterministic.

AI-assisted drafting and quotation summarization are on the roadmap. Today, authorization is always produced by the deterministic clearing engine — it cannot override an agent mandate or an organization policy.
