Starter content — review with legal counsel before production use.

AgentClear processes personal data to provide the service: account and organization data, procurement content submitted by users, and audit / clearance records.

Data we collect today

• Account data: email, name, organization memberships and roles.
• Application content: RFQs, quotations and purchase orders you create in the app.
• Audit and clearance records: append-only trail written by the server for accountability.
• Operational logs: standard request metadata and error diagnostics.

Document upload buckets, verification documents and dispute attachments are on the roadmap. They are not collected today.

Retention & deletion

A production retention and deletion policy is not yet configured. Before any production launch, AgentClear operators must publish concrete retention periods for application content, audit records and account data, and connect a data-subject-request workflow.
